Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
Returns
You may return your purchase to Winterfield Safes for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Any postage and packing costs incurred on returned items are for the buyers account and are non-refundable. Refunds
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories. Please allow up to twenty eight (28) days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Faulty Goods
All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will also pay for the return postage. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.
