These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and Styles Creative Ltd T/A WinterfieldSafes.co.uk.

By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to the terms of our privacy policy.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Making A Purchase

You need to be at least 18 years old to be a customer. All products are subject to availability.

We accept credit and debit card payments including Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, and Visa Electron.

We also except payment via BACS or Cheque.

We only accept orders from the UK.

Delivery Information

All orders include free delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times depend on the brand of safe purchased.

Gun Cabinet Deliveries

  • Delivery of ALL gun cabinets is free of charge to the door (all gun cabinets are ground floor delivery only) with the exception of some areas in the Grampian/Highland Region, Shetland, N. Ireland the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery of all gun cabinets under 35kg. Over 35Kg please allow 3 to 5 working days.
  • If an item is out of stock (and therefore will take longer to deliver) you will be notified at the time of ordering.
  • An overnight delivery service is available at an extra charge. Please contact us to arrange this.
  • A signature is required on all deliveries but for the gun cabinets the courier will leave the item in a specified place if requested to do so (at owner's risk). All items are delivered from Monday to Friday, usually between 9.00am and 17.30pm. If you wish to specify a day and time for delivery this can be arranged at an extra cost.
  • Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and some more remote parts of Scotland are available but will be subject to additional charges available upon request. Please contact us to discuss if you require delivery to any other destination other than the above.

All other Safes/Cabinets

  • Delivery for all products on this website is FREE to ground floor mainland UK. Ground floor drop off means the safe is carried to the entrance to the building. If you require the safe to be positioned inside the building on the ground floor this can incur a further cost.
  • On the product page you will be asked to select your delivery option; Ground floor drop off, upper floor via suitable lift or upper floor via stairs. If you select upper floor via stairs please note that this refers to ONE flight of a domestic staircase. If there are more stairs, please call us prior to placing your order.
  • Delivery of the majority safes is 3 to 5 working days OR 10 to 14 days (depending on size of safe). If you require the safe sooner than this please contact us, as often this can be arranged.
  • If an item is out of stock (and therefore will take longer to deliver) you will be notified at the time of ordering.
  • A signature is required on all deliveries. All items are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5.30pm.
  • Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are available but will be subject to additional charges available upon request. Please contact us to discuss if you require delivery to any other destination other than the above. The following UK postcodes may incur further delivery charges; AB, IV, PA, PH and TR.

Special Deliveries 

We are happy to deliver to upper floors without lift access but please note this may be subject to an additional charge and is not available on all safes. A pre-delivery questionnaire will need to be completed in order to give a quote. Please select the product you wish to order and the delivery option, then proceed to the checkout. Please call us on 0845 004 8328 to discuss your requirements.

In some cases a site survey may be required at no extra cost.

Whilst we try our best to adhere to the approximate delivery times given, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays that may occur at any stage in the supply chain.

Tax Charges

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. At the checkout, VAT is added at 20% for all orders made from the UK.

You can rest assured that any transaction you make is both private and protected.

All your personal information will be handled confidentially and securely using 128-bit "Secure Socket Layer" - SSL encryption.

Our secure website encrypts all of your personal information including: credit or debit card numbers, name and address and checks them with your bank instantly, with no human interference.

WinterfieldSafes.co.uk never stores any of your credit / debit card details.

Returns/Guarantees Policy

You may return your purchase to Winterfield Safes for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

Any postage and packing costs incurred on returned items are for the buyers account and are non-refundable.

Refunds

In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories. Please allow up to twenty eight (28) days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

Faulty Goods

All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will also pay for the return postage. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.
