COVID-19 Update 9/4/2020: We are currently unable to offer our Delivery & Position and Delivery and Installation services. Any new orders placed with either service will be contacted to advise further and may be cancelled. All products with our standard Kerbside delivery service are still available. However, there maybe some delay and longer lead-times.

We aim to deliver all our safes and other products as soon as possible; some items are delivered directly from our own warehouse and some are delivered by 3rd party suppliers.
The delivery lead-times are clearly outlined on each product page. If your item has not been delivered within this lead-time then please contact us on 0345 034 6483 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) or by using our Contact Us form and we will look in to the delivery further for you.
If you're not 100% happy with your new product, you can return to us free of charge within 14 days of delivery. In this case please contact us with your order confirmation and reason for your return and a member of staff will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable collection date. We do ask you to email us a photo to confirm the condition of the item before we send our delivery team to collect the item.
Once we have collected the item from you then we will give you a full refund within 15-20 working days. Please note that delivered items must be in the same condition that they arrived in to be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
We do expect your item to arrive intact when it leaves our delivery depot. If however a damage has occurred during transit, please don't panic. All we ask is that you thoroughly check the product and contact us straight away using our online contact form or call us on 0845 0346483. When contacting us please quote your order number. We will immediately send out a replacement and collection free of charge. This saves you calling and we can action your request quicker. We do ask you to email us a photo to confirm the damaged item before we send out a replacement.
We're always sorry to hear of any cancellations. If you want to cancel your order please contact us straight away. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on your purchase.
