We do expect your item to arrive intact when it leaves our delivery depot. If however a damage has occurred during transit, please don't panic. All we ask is that you thoroughly check the product and contact us straight away using our online contact form or call us on 0845 0346483. When contacting us please quote your order number. We will immediately send out a replacement and collection free of charge. This saves you calling and we can action your request quicker. We do ask you to email us a photo to confirm the damaged item before we send out a replacement.
