Here at Winterfield Safes we work closely with all of our suppliers to delivery the best delivery services available. Because of this we are able to offer different services dependant on the brand of product you are looking at.
We currently have three delivery methods available, Kerbside, Delivery & Position and Delivery & Installation. The processes of which are outlined below:
Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of every product page and is FREE to all UK Mainland customers, excluding certain hard to reach areas. Any additional charges for these areas will be highlighted at the checkout before you place an order.
Not necessarily. We can deliver your order to any address such as your work address but we do require your registered card billing address to be entered during the order process.
Due to the large wide range of products in a variety of sizes we use several different couriers. Delivery of smaller items will usually be delivered by 3rd party couriers including DPD and APC. Larger items including Eurograde safes will come directly from the manufacturer on a pallet. Heavy items (over 60kgs) are sent using specialist heavy goods movers.
Not all of our delivery services require a signature. Kerbside deliveries may be left in a designated safe place provided a note is left for the driver on the door of your property. Please Note customers take full responsibility for the safety of products left in a safe place. All Delivery & Position / Installation deliveries require a customer signature on delivery.
Smaller stocked Items sent with 3rd party couriers can be tracked online. A tracking code will be provided to you if available.
On the majority of products it is not possible for us to specify an exact delivery time. Deliveries usually take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please check individual product pages before placing an order.
Unfortunately we only deliver to Mainland UK.
If your order hasn't arrived yet and is past the lead-time shown on the product page then please click here. If your item is damaged in transit we must be notified within 24 hours so that we can report this to the courier and arrange for a replacement. Please click here to report your damage.
