Kerbside Delivery

Available as standard for all UK Mainland customers on selected products. This service is normally 1-2 working days but may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Delivery is to the front of your property for lighter products (under 60kg) or to your kerbside for heavier products (over 60kg). You should only accept this delivery method if you are able to move the item, always check the weight of your product before ordering.

Delivery FAQ

Does My Order Have To Be Delivered To My Billing Address?

Not necessarily. We can deliver your order to any address such as your work address but we do require your registered card billing address to be entered during the order process.

Do I Need To Sign For My Delivery?

Yes, unless prior agreement has been made with ourselves prior to your delivery day. If an agreement is made then products may be left in a designated safe place. Please Note customers take full responsibility for the safety of products left in a safe place.
